Peru’s capital city of Lima, capital of the Amazon rainforest, is about to be the third most popular destination for tourists in 2019 after Tokyo and Tokyo Disneyland.
According to the latest survey, the Peruvian capital has attracted more than 15 million visitors to its tourist attractions in the last 10 years.
The survey of tourist attractions by the International Association of Tourism, which has a network of tourism agencies around the world, revealed that the city was the third busiest tourist destination in 2019, after Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Paris.
It also ranked as the second most popular in terms of number of visits to the cities main tourist attractions of Peru.
The study was conducted by the Institute for Tourism Development and Research (ITDIR), an association of research institutions in Peru.
It is aimed at enhancing tourism activities in the country.
The city’s tourist attractions included the Perú National Park, La Paz National Park and La Páramo National Park.
The largest of these parks is La Pachacamac, the largest in the Peru, with the most popular tourist attractions.
Its population is estimated at 4.8 million, including some 5 million tourists.
It also includes the La Pampa National Park with a population of 1.3 million, and the Pachampa National Museum with a peak of 2.3 millions.
The second most visited tourist attraction is La Presidio, with more than 5 million visitors.
Its tourist attractions include the Grand Canyon of the Americas, the Amazon River and the Permaculture Center, the study said.
Peru is currently experiencing a global economic slowdown, which is driving down the number of tourists.
